There's not much to say about avocado toast besides, "it's easy, it's delicious."

One thing that may surprise you, though, is that Sweet Weeger Spice is really amazing paired with avocado. Here's a simple recipe that's great for breakfast or a snack, using any variety of Weeger Spice... but we think you're going to be impressed by the Sweet.

Avocado Toast

3 to 4 slices of your favorite grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Weeger Spice of your choice
lemon wedge
pinch of sea salt

Halve avocado and remove pit. Scoop flesh into a small bowl. Squeeze lemon, add a pinch of salt and mash with a fork.

Toast or grill bread (we love grilling bread--it stays nice and chewy on the inside).

Spread mashed avocado on toast and sprinkle Weeger Spice on top.
